Del Monte Foods, Modesto

Cookers run around 250F.  They are coated with 80-100 mils of product.  Energy savings roughly 25%.

Independent foods, Yakma

Cookers run around 250F.  They are coated with 80-100 mils of product.  Energy savings roughly 25%.

  Hot Product line, Ingomar Packing.

The hot product line at Ingomar moves tomatoes around and runs at 220F.  80 mils.  That works to save energy and for personnel protection.

Baking Unit Exhaust.  Coating this unit helps it to retain heat keeping the exhaust from condensing.
DA Tank, Knouse Foods  This Aerator.  is where steam is separated from moisture and moisture drops out.  Recommend a coating of 80 mils.
Steam Valve, Knouse Foods.  Steam valves are coated for personnel protection and to retain heat.  Spraying them with CIC is easy and installing conventional insulation is from hard to impossible.  Many companies skip insulating valves for that reason so we provide a great solution
Steam Lines are coated with 80 - 100 mils to is to retain heat which saves energy and money.

Cold wall insulation was outside cold storage area at Stemilt here in CA central valley.  A/C room is cool.  Just outside in entrance way where door opens often warm air condenses on walls.  Was causing major condensation/safety hazard.  Often 40 mils only fixes condensation issues like this.  In extreme cases sometimes 60 mils is needed.
